Return Policy

SHIPPING

  • We will manage to ship out your orders as fast as possible, usually within 48 hours after your successful payment.
  • Orders will be shipped from our business address located Chicago, tracking numbers will be provided. We recommend that you provide us business addresses or the address you can receive when your orders are delivered. We are not responsible for lost/missing packages if they are delivered to address you provide when you place your orders.
  • Please provide us your reachable contact (email, phone), as we may contact you to confirm your orders.
  • Re-shipping fees will be applied if your packages are returned to us due to insufficient address provided.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

  • We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. PPE products are not subject to our return policy and may not be returned. This includes :face masks, face shields, gloves, table shields, alcohol, and hand sanitizers. Electric parts and items are not returnable if products are opened or used. We also do not accept products that are gift cards, health or personal care items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • If you receive wrong items, missing items, or damaged items, please contact us right after you receive your packages. Photos of evidence may be required for inspection.
  • Shipping cost is not refundable.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
